This update adds an issue template to make it easier for people to contribute to the project. I have created a straightforward form that guides users when they're reporting problems or suggesting new ideas. It asks for a description of their issue or suggestion, why it matters, and if they can help work on it. This should help get clearer, more useful feedback from the community.
