As admin, I need to be able to specify that for some processes only people registered in a certain scope can participate.
Describe the solution you’d like
I want to add a list of scopes when configuring the permissions of any component, so that only those registered in X scope can perform an specific action. Underneath the census there should be a list with checkboxes to choose one or more scopes.
