• Added icon for plugin itself (visible in Tools › Plugins).
• Hide tray icon when the database is closed, and show it with the lock icon while it is being decrypted during opening.
• When starting up, retry hiding the locked tray icon every 8ms for 2s because KeePass will sometimes re-show the tray icon after we've hidden it.
• Custom tray icon images. Show icon while decrypting (even on second attempts), hide after decryption fails, and don't briefly hide it after successfully decrypting.
