Changed wire library to i2c_t3 (which comes with teensy) and changed references to int to references to short (to force the teensy to use 16 bit integers)

This PR adds a granularity for the I2C library, it adds
i2c_t3library for the Teensy boards.@adam-sampson Can you confirm that this stays working on the Teensy 3.x? Especially to ensure the
#if defined(TEENSYDUINO)selects properly the Teensy boards on the IDE you use.@serveurperso Wasn't it a Teensy you were using? This could interest you.
