Changes from 1.0.0-beta2

This release comes with a new firmware, make sure to run Tools > Load AYAB Firmware before knitting!

Fixed:

• On Windows, the Beta2 release build crashes on launch. (#720)
• Needle selection is wrong on KH270, Beta builds. (AllYarnsAreBeautiful/ayab-firmware#204)
• Incorrect needle selection on 270, after starting AYAB with the carriage to the right of the left hall sensor. (#667)

Known issues

This lists only issues that will definitely be fixed in 1.0:

• Starting from the right only works on KH910/KH950, and only when using main (K) carriage. Support for other hardware is being worked on (AllYarnsAreBeautiful/ayab-firmware#175, AllYarnsAreBeautiful/ayab-firmware#176, AllYarnsAreBeautiful/ayab-firmware#216).
• Patterning can get stuck on row n-1 and never finish (#662)
• Incorrect sounds/display at the end of a single repeat (#617)
• Left and Right alignment are adding the extra whitespace on the wrong side (#734)
• Lower display is blank with edges wider than image (#733)
• Opening a new image does not reset the Left and Right settings (#732)
• Simulation claims to be showing a Lace carriage (#692)
• Extra needles selected when knitting lace (AllYarnsAreBeautiful/ayab-firmware#40)
• KH270, right-left rows always select needles Left 53-56 to D (AllYarnsAreBeautiful/ayab-firmware#215)
