Hi, I'm Anant Dhokia

I'm a third-year Informatics student at the University of Washington-Seattle who is passionate about software engineering, AI, and web development. I enjoy building projects that solve real-world problems and am currently seeking software engineering and systems management internship opportunities to further develop my skills.

  • AI Receptionist: A collaborative in-progress project to build a service which replaces traditional automated phone systems. Built with Node.js, implemented RESTful APIs like OpenAi API, Deepgram, Google TTS API, Twilio, and used event-driven programming to handle real-time updates.
  • Social Media Bot: Developed a bot which can autonomously generate videos meant for social media platforms like Instagram, Tiktok, and Youtube Shorts with features like subtitles, profanity filters, and automatic text-to-speech generation. Made with Python, implemented RESTul APIs like OpenAi API, ElevenLabs, JSON2Video, Praw.
  • Member Management Web-Application Built a full-stack web application with Python and flask for back-end, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end, and SQL for data-tier to manage non-profit organization Sandipani's member, donation, and marketing data. Features include custom accounts with personalized dashboards, RBAC, intuitive design for a senior userbase.
