Experimental Test repository for the creation of the Notable android application.

Currently uses the android camera to apply an adaptive threshold filter.

Target Objectives:

1. Bounding box implementation to detect objects 1-a. Make bounding box measure word or sentence length.
2. Attempt feature recognition on MNist data-set.
3. Attempt staff line removal in musical score sheet.
