Use project directory as working directory when calling hadolint

hadolint supports a YAML configuration file, allowing to modify its behaviour for each project individually.

By setting the working directory when calling hadolint explicitly, this plugin respects these configuration files too.

I can confirm that this works and allows the plugin to utilize the hadolint config file within the working directory
