In order to get more information about incoming UDP packets, I needed to create a custom UDP Server and inherit from this orignial one.
Since this custom UDP Server needs access to the internal state of the parent one I change here the private fields to protected.
Additionally, I noticed that the port number is stored in network byte order, which means it needs to be swapped before printing.
