• Migrate URLs in the editor to the new script data

Testing instructions:

• On a Jetpack site, login as an author, without a user connection
• Goto editor
• Open Social panel
• Confirm that the user connection link works as expected.
  
• Now connect the user account.
• Now for Jetpack, Simple and Atomic sites, goto the editor
• Confirm that the connection management links/buttons work fine
• Try to break a connection, for example, if you have Facebbok or Instagram connection, remove Jetpack from here to break the connection.
• In the editor, confirm that the broken connection link points to connections manage UI for Jetpack site and to the Calypso connections management for WPCOM sites
• Likewise test that an unsupported connection link works fine, if you have one.

• To test on WoA, go to the Plugins menu on a WordPress.com Simple site. Click on the "Upload" button and follow the upgrade flow to be able to upload, install, and activate the Jetpack Beta plugin. Once the plugin is active, go to Jetpack > Jetpack Beta, select your plugin, and enable the update/social-initial-state/migrate-urls-in-editor branch.

• To test on Simple, run the following command on your sandbox:

  bin/jetpack-downloader test jetpack update/social-initial-state/migrate-urls-in-editor

Jetpack plugin:

The Jetpack plugin has different release cadences depending on the platform:

• WordPress.com Simple releases happen semi-continuously (PCYsg-Jjm-p2).
• WoA releases happen weekly.
• Releases to self-hosted sites happen monthly. The next release is scheduled for November 5, 2024 (scheduled code freeze on November 4, 2024).
