Task: [Frontend] Create screen for taking user to different platform's importer and open importer of that platform

Details

If the URL analyzer endpoint detects the site platform as known non-WP one, we are showing them a different screen. This issue is about just creating that screen.

The button's behavior is dynamic. It needs to take the user to the importer screen for that particular platform in WPCOM dashboard -> Tools -> Import
