Quick summary

The Community translator option under Interface Settings currently uses a checkbox, whereas the Admin home field underneath uses a toggle. We should standardize so that both of these fields use a toggle.

The label styles for the Community translator field also need fixing.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Account Settings (/me/account)
  2. Observer the Community translator field under Interface settings

What you expected to happen

  • The Community translator field uses a toggle.
  • The Community translator label uses the correct styles.

The Community translator field uses a checkbox, whereas other controls use a toggle.
