Several plugins and dependencies were outdated or had issues reported.
Cleaned up some dependencies that were no longer used.
Updated versions of plugins, dependencies and UBI base image
Cleaned and replaced all license file headers with the ones generated by the newer license plugin to fix trailing new lines and update to the correct year.
Notice files with third party dependencies have been updaten
Performed the local build as described in the README and successfully ran the example docker compose and example KSML Runner using the locally build images
