  • 👀 I’m interested in genome evolution and teleost evolution in particular. I am working with cichlids in my postdoc and previously with the basal teleost European eel. I perform SNP analysis, differentially expressed genes, synteny, in silico analysis and molecular phylogeny
  • 🌱 I’m currently learning single cell RNAseq, keras for neural network and machine learning
