chore: integration test improvements

1. Reuse device endpoints and assets across tests in the same file instead of creating new ones each time.
2. Run integration test modules in parallel across CPU cores using pytest-xdist.
3. Start retry at 3s with exponential backoff instead of fixed 15s intervals in wait_for_expected_count helper.
