@jsoref Thanks for your contribution! We still have one package depending on @azure/ms-rest-js. Once we release its replacement, we will archive this repo.

You should still be able to update the readme before you archive it.
e.g. https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/ingate/?tab=readme-ov-file#ingate is for an almost dead repository.
