App to decode the facade of the ICT Cube building at the RWTH

Including Opencv:

1. Download OpenCV 2.4.10 (http://opencv.org/downloads.html)

2. In the android studio project: create folder ICTScan/app/src/main/jniLibs

3. Copy all folders from OpenCV-2.4.10-android-sdk/sdk/native/libs into ICTScan/app/src/main/jniLibs
