We can putt off the autolabeling when we dont need that

Now many admins dont assign the lables in the pr due to which contributors contribution gets un-noticed

No, it will add tags to all issues, but there will be some issues I don't work on, so I won't add those tags. I think manual tagging would be better. You can create issue templates; that would help
