Setup Multicast stream via HTTP request

To set up a muticast stream via an HTTP request, use this extra parameter:
- multicast=IP_ADDR,RTP_PORT,RTCP_PORT,TTL
To stop the multicast stream:
- Use the checkmark in the Frontend Overview Page to disable/stop the stream

example:
