Minimal working version of DeepTrack 2.0 to be tested by Saga, Aykut and Daniel.
Implements the basic functionalities of DeepTrack, including simulation of particles, and training of CNN and UNet.
Feedback sought on:

1. How intuitive is the code for a final user (start from tutorials)
2. How clear is the code and documentation for a developer (examples and deeptrack)
