This is a custom QuPath catalog maintained by @BioImaging-NKI containing extensions for QuPath.
This catalog includes the following extension:
Using the extension you can access slides on your Slide Score server from QuPath directly, exchange annotations or TMA core positions with the server and more. See Video
To use this catalog in QuPath:
- Open QuPath
- Go to Extensions → Manage extensions
- Click Manage extension catalogs
- Enter the catalog URL:

QuPath uses catalogs to easily install, manage, and delete QuPath extensions.
