Display transaction signatures in the Solana transaction parser UI: - New Signatures section showing all transaction signatures - Detects unsigned (all-zero) signatures and shows "Pending" badge - Signed signatures display in green with "Signed" badge - Shows signature index and full base58 value Ticket: BTC-2929
