Our focus for iteration 2 included the following:

  • Updated links and buttons to the correct source.
  • Styling changes throughout the site.
  • Restructured the homepage landing to be responsive.

Things to consider for iteration 3:

  • On the logo page, separate out the images for proper scaling.

For the first release, we began structuring the layout of the site and adding content from the existing brand guide and our brand designer, who worked on compiling necessary elements and resources for us.

Our discovery phase was broken down into three distinct steps:

  1. Finding inspiration and direction from various well-established brand guides. Viewing these guides provided visual insights and allowed us to brainstorm how our site structure would look.
  2. Performing an audit on the current brand guide. With brand elements and resources scattered in different places, the audit helped prioritize which topics or themes were most organized and had content that was readily available to begin sharing.
  3. Sitemapping the page contents. After uncovering the high-level topics, we began mapping out how and where the content for each page would live.
