1. for db.query(), I see at least one:

• and this sqlalchemy call might also other exceptions - needs to be reviewed

2. An IndexError exception for the bool(r[0]['email_enabled']) expression on Line 122 and Line 142?
   • and why is Line 143 wrongly indented?
