VSCP bootloader v2.0.0

This is the first separate version of the VSCP bootloader. Original the bootloader was part of the VSCP framework.

It is fully compatible with the VSCP framework version v2.0.0 or later.

If an older bootloader version is required, please see in the releases of VSCP framework before v2.0.0
