To do before merging:

  • Investigate why fall damage doesn't trigger the damage animation (it was just a problem with my client)
  • If fall damage is below a certain threshold, maybe it shouldn't be applied at all. Currently, jumping from a two-block pillar to the ground causes a very small amount of fall damage, which I don't think aligns with vanilla behavior.
  • Fix "java.lang.IllegalStateException: Packet SystemChatPacket is not valid in state CONFIGURATION (only PLAY)" caused by sending the player a chat message to early in the login process (in InitialInstanceRouter)
