What does this PR add

This PR adds my book, Software Technical Writing: A Guidebook, to the project README.

Description of added resource

In December 2023, I wrote a series called Advent of Technical Writing, in which I published a blog post every day from December 1st to December 24th about technical writing. I am excited to announce the series is now available as an e-book. The e-book contains the 24 articles in the original Advent of Technical Writing series, bonus articles, an exercise, and articles about technical writing I published before the series.

I removed the link to the epub version to keep the list style consistent @capjamesg. Suggestion: consider having a landing page (a very simple one with some text and two buttons should do) that links to both the PDF and EPUB versions. This way, you can describe the book and its content, and a reader can decide to get started with reading.

If you consider doing this, feel free to update the link anytime. Thank you.

EDIT: Linking to this should be perfect!
