Temporary removal of Send Chat Reply in service of #492
I plan on keeping this a draft and re-adding the node once I figure out the best way to actually fix this but opening it now in case somebody wants to override and merge to remove the brokey node -- see my comments in the issue above for more details on why this doesn't seem like an easy patch
Might also be able to use Helix for this instead of IRC but I don't love the idea of it
