NeuWillow is a Machine-Learning based Neuroscience modeling platform. It's highly configurable, from dendrite-receptors, ion channels, action potentials, and axons. You can test the neural network using 1-to-n neurons. It can learn based on many existing models, e.g. Hodgkin-Huxley, or you can create your own. It can run on any operating system.

neuwillow

The purpose of the NeuWillow project is to be a fast, versatile, neuroscience modeling platform.
Specifically, you can isolate the behavior of a single neuron or netework of neurons.
Based on extensive configuration, which is defined in SimulationParameters,
you can control everything about a neuron's behavior. The idea is that
you can either choose whether to have the network "learn" based on existing models,
or create your own models from scratch. All simulations are highly configurable, which will be explained in detail.
