Defaults the compiler to run on 516.1659 and removes the 516 warning message.

Why It's Good For The Game

It's nearly 2026, practically every Bubber player uses 516 at this point.

theres a reason shiptest doesnt autorun 516: it breaks multiple pieces of tgui we havent patched. this is just an alert of this before you run into problems down the line

Any idea off the top of your head which ones they are? I can see about fixing them on the parent repo.
