W7Fix 0.1.0 - Ghost Tapping and WIP Mod Support

This version of W7FIX contains a heavy WIP mods menu and adds a simple yet snazzy new UI to the options menu.

Currently mods can only replace assets, but I aim to make the modder able to run scripts later down the line. While making sure that everything other than charts aren't reliant on JSONs, unlike other engines.

New options:

• Memory Counter
• Ghost Tapping
