I regenerated the internal tables using scripts/generate-unicode-tables with UCD 15.0.0 data.

Potentially should wait on this due to the fact that it changes how parsers need to handle comments starting with # @missing: in a few files. See rust-lang/rust#101840 (comment)

Since I don't really know how to treat @missing declarations, and because I suspect it's not a new issue, I'm just going to move forward with this. If problems crop up as a result of not handling @missing correctly, we can treat that as a bug, but we probably shouldn't let it hold back the update to Unicode 15.

This PR is on crates.io in ucd-generate 0.2.14.
