Modify endpoint on the enhancement endpoint

Create single end point on the service that does the "sous chefing" and returns how successful the processing was + metadata -EI backlog (process message endpoint exists today- need to alter what happens when you call this end point- missing the sending back the metadata and figuring out what the contract is)
