Objective:
We need to fork a GitHub Repository I have created outside the CDC organization in order to expedite the implementation of automated processes for our DevSecOps team.
Repository:
This GitHub Repository, hosts an automated solution that address the problem of importing externally hosted GitHub Actions (third party dependencies) into the CDC PRIME-ReportStream project.
Note: This project we are requesting to be forked, has the potential to be expanded and used to import all sorts of GitHub dependencies into a GitHub project.
The action of importing multiple external dependencies is a tedious process and the framework I have created addresses this and many other repetitive tasks. Including the standardization of certain configurations in an advanced fashion.
Forking this project will allow us to socialize and control how we consume this solution internally.
Additional request:
Could we be granted admin rights on these forked repositories? It will allow us to manage them internally without having to overload your team with project-management requests. If it's not possible, that's ok as this is a wish-2-have.

Eduardo @emvaldes (ak09) - as you're the owner of the original repository, may I ask you to change the original license to something that is more copyright friendly (ex. copyleft license such as Creative Commons, MIT, Apache) would be better for the open source community to use since this is part of federal government code.
The license is now changed from the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE 3.0 (29 June 2007) to the Apache 2.0 (January 2004). I have also added the DISCLAIMER.md document.
