Improve test coverage for comments app

Added tests for edit_comment and delete_comment functions to bring test coverage above 75%.

Before this change, the comments/views.py module had 73% test coverage. After adding tests for the edit_comment and delete_comment functions, the coverage has improved to 97%.

Changes made:

• Added TestEditCommentView class with tests for both GET and POST methods
• Added TestDeleteCommentView class with a test for the DELETE method
• All tests pass and coverage is now above the required 75% threshold
