San Diego Regional!

Auto aim works pretty well, everything else works, has a button to reverse lower wheel to de-jam jammed balls. This commit only has auto or manual at once (they mess the other up), newer commits have been made to try and switch between auto and manual in real time.

All azimuth control code is commented out but can be worked on at the regional. Drive, climber, intake, and shooting (at a fixed position) all work with this code.
