About The Pull Request
Title.
Gives Munitioneer a fourth loadout, bumps their firearms up to expert and gives them expert engineering so they can make firearm stuff without needing to sleep a minimum of three times, and novice arcyne so they can craft their own infernal powder for the flasks.
Like their other loadouts, it gives them everything they need to use the combat skill.

Testing Evidence
Ran a debug server, everything shows up as expected.
Why It's Good For The Game
Since upstream doesnt have guns, this change is only really relevant to us. They're called munitioneer after all, so why not give them an option for firearms?
This would probably technically make it harder for munitioneer to survive combat without ally support, as they dont get armor training or dodge expert, but its a cool gimmick.
