Full measurements and feature extraction for 2D images with CellProfiler 4.2.6, that have 3 masks:
- (1) A Cell Mask
- (2) A Nucleus Mask
- (3) An Aggregates/Foci Mask
You can add this workflow to BIOMERO to run on HPC from OMERO web.
