Introduction to R

This repository contains the files used in the Introduction to R presentation given by Kevin Shook on November 23, 2017.

IntroToR.Rpres - presentation
IntroToR.html - presentation as html file
You can view the presentation html file in Firefox (not Chrome)
to view the .RPres file, you need Rstudio and the pacakge knitr
IntroToR_rcommands.r - Live demonstration of R commands
IntroToR_rcommands.pdf - document of demonstration created by knittr
To run the demonstration R commands, you will need to install the libraries MASS, Kendall, and ggplot2.
