i will add everyone here for the POC, but for now ill keep only these 2
run is already taking around 8 min just with these 2 unfortunately. i need to find a way to cache deps in monorepo and also alter will support sharding
only then ill add all other apps

my idea is that we will automatically pull all apps in monorepo instead of manually defining them here
