New errors messages when downloading new places from the Internet.

Hey!

Last release were only working on my laptop, it's not very convenient (in fact, app had not rights to access internet from your phone).
So, now you can use it on mobile (it's currently working on Android Oreo, but I'm testing on multiple versions).

Also, app was not really able to download latest of the latest places. It has been fixed!

Open up your phone, check where are the areas where you can usually train yourself to park your car, and go ahead!

3 types of parking places are available: 0 degree, 45 degrees and 90 degrees. Each of those have a different color map marker and a different difficulty level (easy, medium, hard ; depending on the crowd typically present).

Places available are stored in JSON format on a gist here, I'll try to add some places to the list and to allow adding custom places directly through the app.
