UHF-9108: Refactoring for unit search and rekry search fallback view listing

UHF-9108

What was done

• Change the REKRY search falback view to use the general layout similar to unit search.

How to install

• Make sure your instance is up and running on correct branch.
  • git checkout UHF-9108
  • make fresh
• Update the HDBT theme
  • composer require drupal/hdbt:dev-UHF-9108
• Run make drush-cr

How to test

• Go to job search https://helfi-rekry.docker.so/fi/avoimet-tyopaikat/etsi-avoimia-tyopaikkoja and disable javascript. The view should now use the same layout as for example https://www.hel.fi/fi/kaupunkiymparisto-ja-liikenne/kaupunkisuunnittelu-ja-rakentaminen/suunnitelmat-ja-rakennushankkeet if you turn the javascript off.
• Check that code follows our standards.
