Purpose

Bugfix to bug introduced in PR #380, where a factor of \Delta t was lost during rewriting of the inverse of Gamma. Thus leading to ETKI always assuming a constant unit timestep

Passes all tests, and I have confirmed results match with example Accelerators/ExpSinusoid therefore OK'ing merge
