Changes look good. Logged in under recently added affiliation, able to successfully generate clinvar submission for approved record.

These code changes are already present in the non-prod version of the SEPIO transformation service. To test them, curating as a recently-added affiliation on the test site (or running the VCI locally), you should create/approve an interpretation and attempt to generate ClinVar submission data.
