Add script to compare service-generated SEPIO transformation results

A couple of sample source files (snapshots), pulled from test curations, are included in this pull request:

• test-source-1.json - Includes no met criteria and a modified classification
• test-source-2.json - Includes CSpec/Disease/MOI information and several met/supporting pathogenic criteria
• test-source-3.json - Includes Disease/MOI information, a mixture of criteria evaluations and a couple pieces of PMID evidence

Information regarding this script has been added to our internal SEPIO transformation service documentation.
