I confirm this made the bitcoin core and extractor builds parallel, which is way faster than before. Also, now docker can cache the bitcoin core build when changing repos of the extractor. I guess how to cache the bitcoin core with usdt image to github so that the CI becomes even faster. |

Think this will make a big diff in github action run time from #13 , last time this action took almost 14 minutes.
