lgtm. I was thinking if this couldn't be a profile, but the default profile must run node+extractor and I don't think adding something to "exclude" the default services would fit well.
Anyway, I like it, you even documented it, very good ^^
Pipe failed but its not because of something you've done, we'll work on that before merge this one.

I'm running this because I already have a Bitcoin node with the
ebpf-extractorandrpc-extractorrunning alongside.Might be useful for others too?
