…Lint 8 compatible versions - Revert eslint-config-oclif from 6.0.114 to 5.0.0 (ESLint 9 incompatible) - Revert @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin from 8.46.2 to 6.17.0 - Revert @typescript-eslint/parser from 8.46.2 to 6.17.0 Version 6.x of eslint-config-oclif requires ESLint 9 and flat config format. This reverts to the original ESLint 8 compatible versions. Partially reverts #19 and #21
