테스트용 서버와 운영용 서버를 분리합니다. 완전히 다른 인스턴스를 띄우기에는 금전적으로 부담이 있는 상황이라서 application 서버는 도커 컨테이너만 분리하고, DB는 인스턴스만 분리했습니다.
