Enhanced the Tag component to align with the "Aura" design persona. The component now features a physics-based scale animation on press (simulating a tactile "fidget" feel) and premium haptic feedback, replacing the standard static ripple interaction.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 18164883396974876765 started by @Cocolalilal

- Implemented `animateFloatAsState` with `spring(dampingRatio = 0.6f, stiffness = 300f)` for tactile scale effect on press (target 0.85f).
- Added `rememberPremiumHaptics` and triggered `HapticPattern.Pop` on click.
- Removed standard ripple indication in favor of physics-based motion.
- Updated `Tag` component to support interaction state via `MutableInteractionSource`.
